Two, equipment structure

(1) the pulp concentration.Slurry concentration is vertical shaft impact breaking operation of the most important regulating factor.Slurry concentration is low, the overflow of fine particle size, concentration, overflow particle size coarsening.This is because of the thick pulp, pulp viscosity is bigger, settling the interference, settling speed slow, some coarse grain could sink is horizontal flow slurry out of overflow weir, the overflow particle size coarsening.However, slurry concentration is very low, there may also be a overflow size of the coarse.This is due to the concentration is too low, in order to maintain a certain production capacity, pulp volume must be great, resulting in vertical shaft impact of pulp flow velocity increases, thus the coarser particles also rushed to the overflow.So in actual production, designated for processing ore vertical shaft impact crusher, has its proper sand slurry concentration.The suitable concentration, when keep a certain business to sand size, can obtain the maximum production; and to maintain a certain productivity, can obtain the minimum separation size., this concentration is a critical concentration.
